How the OEM process runs
1. Brief, NDA and quotation
A bilateral NDA is signed before any design file is exchanged, protecting your artwork and IP. We then return a costed quotation within 24 hours, including material, packaging and DDP freight.
2. Technical blueprint
Our pattern studio produces a 4-view technical blueprint — front, back and both profiles — with stitch counts and colour blocking, so the design is fixed before yarn is committed.
3. Sampling
A colour swap takes about 1 day. A new custom design takes 5–7 business days and ships DDP for immediate review.
4. Production and quality control
Production runs 15–30 days. Every batch is pull-force tested to 90N and inspected at the Yiwu centre, so non-conforming units are isolated before shipment rather than after arrival.
Retail-ready packaging and labelling
Crochet toys are usually merchandised as gifts, so packaging decisions carry as much weight as the product itself.
