2. Responsibilities
- Independently produce crochet flower and amigurumi samples from magazine patterns, design sketches, or client reference images — faithfully reproducing stitches, dimensions, colors, and shaping
- Deliver standardized pattern documentation: BOM yarn list, step-by-step photo diagrams, dimension specs, and mass-production optimization notes
- Simplify complex stitches for bulk production while preserving aesthetic quality and controlling costs
- Iterate on samples based on client feedback until final approval
- Archive original pattern libraries and support copyright filing
3. Requirements
- Mastery of advanced crochet stitches and 3D shaping techniques
- Proven portfolio of crochet flower and amigurumi pattern work
- Deep knowledge of yarn types and their structural properties
- Experience with Western export orders or craft kit pattern design
- Ability to read English crochet diagrams; bilingual notation a plus
- Own studio, wedding floristry, or cultural IP derivative experience
- Background in disability-inclusive or heritage craft programs
